I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was very convenient for me because it was close to my workplace. Also, this hotel has easy access to transportation - the Dronacharya metro station is within walking distance. The breakfast provided was simple but good, which is perfect for those who want a quick and easy breakfast. In addition, the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff made my stay even more pleasant.

However, the cleanliness of the common areas and even the reception was not up to par. The rooms were just about decent in cleanliness and comfort, but the staff was particularly unhelpful and abusive towards guests.

The hotel's cleanliness was subpar. The common areas were dirty and the staff was unhelpful and rude. We had a bad experience with the in-house car service when the driver did not show up on time and had to be awoken from his sleep, leading to a confrontation with the receptionist.
